Our office is in the Katy Medical Arts Center, located on the West side of Grand Parkway, one block North of I-10. We are on the third floor in suite 370.

Please be careful when using a GPS to navigate to our office. Some patients have had issues when using Apple Maps. We do not recommend using built in car GPS’s.
If using Apple Maps, Google Maps, or Waze, please search and select “Paul Subrt, MD.” This will take you to the correct building.
